COVID-19 Safety at Full Moon Resort: 

Full Moon Resort and Music Masters Collective will continue to monitor NYS regulations and make adjustments as allowed and/or required.

  • Enhanced Safety Measures:

    • Full Moon Resort has installed cutting edge ionization technology (air purification systems) in the hotel lobby, barn, road house and pavilion. These systems will purify the air and neutralize any airborne pathogens, including CV-19. Learn more at: https://www.plasma-air.com/how-it-works

    • Full Moon Resort staff adhere to NYS guidelines and protocols including:

      • Routine disinfection of frequently touched surfaces in common areas

      • Facility wide CV-19 safety signage

      • Employee daily health check prior to arrival. Employees with symptoms are required to stay home.

      • Employees will be vaccinated or tested for COVID-19 biweekly

  • Social Distancing:

    • Venue capacities are reduced by 50% Activities will be scheduled in the appropriate locations to accommodate ideal attendance.

    • Guests and staff are required to maintain 6’ of physical distance and not to engage in physical contact (handshaking, hugging, high-fives, etc.)

  • Dining & Bar Service:

    • Guests will be assigned tables which will be spaced six feet apart. For purposes of contact tracing, guests will be required to sit with the same people at each meal, and remain seated while eating or drinking.

    • Seating assignments will be based on guests’ lodging locations

    • To go meals will be available and may be enjoyed outdoors while socially distanced. A campfire and spaced picnic tables will be available on the Pavilion patio

    • Alcoholic beverages will be served from the bar each evening

    • Meals will be served buffet style

    • Bar services close at 12am

  • Live Music:

    • A minimum of 12’ is required between the stage/performers and the audience.

    • Masks must be worn when performing, with the exception of singing or playing wind instruments; in such cases, 12’ distance or a physical barrier must be in place.

    • Musicians must provide their own instruments and cables with the exception of drums and keyboards. Disposable microphone covers will be provided and required for use of a microphone.

    • Activities will conclude and gathering areas will be closed at 12am as mandated by State guidelines.

    • Guests must disinfect equipment between performers. Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer will be available and required before and after using any equipment.

    • Late Night Socializing (after 12am) will be acoustic instruments only

    *Guests who refuse to comply with NYS Guidelines, will be asked to leave and tickets will not be refunded.
