IF TAKING THE BUS TO BIG INDIAN: Please SIGN UP via the online Shuttle Sign Up Form to schedule a shuttle ride from the bus stop to Full Moon Resort
Arrival: 3:51pm in Big Indian. There is no shuttle service for any other arrival times or locations.
Departure: A shuttle will depart Full Moon Resort at 9:10am on Friday. Please book the bus departing Big Indian, NY at 9:36am. There is no shuttle service for any other departure times or locations.

HOUSEKEEPING is not provided daily. A room ‘refresher’ (towels and garbage) will take place on Wednesday (for Monday-Friday events) or Thursday (for Tuesday-Friday events). Please notify the Front Desk if you do not want this service before 10am the day of the service. You may request trash removal or towels at the Front Desk at any time.

Tent Campers: Don't forget a tent, sleeping bag, towels, tarps, bug spray / citronella lamps, etc.! Please check the weather in Big Indian, NY before you arrive to ensure you bring all you need to be comfortable; the temperature does tend to drop substantially when the sun goes down.
Pre-Pitched Tent Campers: The pre-pitched tent are shiftpod tents which include an air conditioner, heater, and an outlet. These tents DO NOT include any other furnishings or bedding. You must supply bedding, towels, sleeping mat/pad, and anything else you may need. There are nearby bathrooms and outdoor showers. Please check the weather in Big Indian, NY before you arrive to ensure you bring all you need to be comfortable.
Glampers: Glamping packages do include a bed and linens. The pre-set shiftpod tent is on a raised platform and includes air conditioning and heat, as well as a queen bed, linens, towels, and electric outlets.
TELEPHONE & INTERNET: There is no cell phone reception at Full Moon Resort/Big Indian and there are no phones in the rooms. There is excellent wi-fi throughout the facility as well as a complimentary landline telephone and computer located in the Library. iMessages, Skype, FaceTime, FB/IG Messenger all work well in place of a cellular network.
SMOKING: No smoking indoors anywhere. Please be mindful of other guests and do not smoke near windows, building entrances or on porches.
COMPLIMENTARY BEVERAGES & SNACKS: Coffee/Tea/Non-Alcoholic beverages as well as fresh fruit and an assortment of snacks are available 24/7 in the Café.
BYOB: Personal-stock alcoholic beverages are restricted to private accommodations. No BYOB is permitted in public areas of the facility including lobbies, porches, lawns, fields, playground area, parking lots, etc. Minors (persons under 21 years of age) are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages at any time on the facility.
CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11am on Friday. Please return your keys to the Front Desk

WEATHER: Please check the weather in Big Indian prior to your arrival and be sure to bring appropriate attire.
If you plan on bringing you own gear: You are welcome to bring your own instruments and set them up in the jam rooms. Please note, however, that you if you leave your instrument(s) in a jam room, you will need to be comfortable with other participants using it. We suggest that you bring your equipment back to your room after using it.
If you have an electric vehicle: Charge your vehicle before your arrival at Full Moon Resort. Full Moon Resort does not have vehicle charging stations.
