Being born in San Antonio and raised in New York, Noah has inherited a southern kindness that has been with him his whole life, finding pleasure in helping any way possible or learning how he can help in the ways that he currently cannot. Noah discovered the backstage world of music in 2012 at an Allman Brothers & Santana concert, giving him the life changing realization that it was simply where he belonged. He only needed to find his way back, when older and a lot more experienced! So after becoming an Eagle Scout, graduating high school, surviving college during Covid with a degree in Digital Music and Sound Recording, he found himself ready and excited to dive into the music industry and give it his all.
“To know where you belong in life is a blessing in itself, but having discovered it so young is one of my greatest honors.”
Noah has worked his way from Volunteer to Management with the Music Masters Collective, with his first introduction to MMC being at Roots Rock Revival in 2015 as an attending camper. Following his heart, and guidance from his many great mentors he found himself returning to Roots in 2021 to volunteer. He returned every year since, until his formal invitation to join the MMC Production Team in 2024. Now being in Customer Relations and Event Management, he still carries the same kindness, principles and love for music. Letting it shine out in everything he does, be it helping plan for events, providing light hearted office humor, giving spiritual guidance, or assisting a customer through the registration process. Noah’s continually growing knowledge and expertise, infallible optimism and thriving passion makes him a sincerely appreciated member of the team.

Mike was born and raised in Hudson, NY, a town historically known for the processing of whale blubber. His first introduction to popular music was in 1968, when a friend of his father’s (an infamous record company executive) gifted his family the latest in musical technology, a Panasonic console stereo 8-track tape player.
Included with the player was a hefty sampling of tapes, mostly comprised of Tommy James & The Shondells releases, which Mike listened to incessantly. Although he exhibited no real musical aptitude, Mike auditioned for his elementary school band, and was selected for the percussion section. His proficiency on the triangle landed him a coveted position in the all-county band, the pinnacle of his performing career.
After graduating high school, Mike explored other creative avenues, discovered a love of photography, and proceeded to have a successful career as an editorial photographer based out of South Florida. It was during an assignment that he met Butch Trucks, a founding member of The Allman Brothers Band, and Mike’s life was never the same.
Becoming fast friends, Mike & Butch spent over 30 years together sharing harrowing escapades, travels, and assorted business endeavors. As the end of The Allman Brothers Band was about to be announced, Mike suggested to Butch the concept of forming a “band camp” as a way to preserve his band’s legacy. After much research, Mike was referred to Henry Stout and his Full Moon Resort. In 2012 Roots Rock Revival was established, and as the saying goes, “The rest is history.”
